holder." After several more questions, the customer support technician
determined that the PC user was using the CD-ROM tray as a coffee cup holder.
Since the machine was still under warranty, the company sent out a new
CD-ROM drive. After several minutes of instruction, the PC user was finally
made to understand the proper use of the PC's "coffee cup holder."
